The marketing team is responsible for both strategic and operational marketing across more than 25 countries, working closely with multiple departments on campaigns, content, product communication and growth initiatives for customers and service partners.

The role

The Marketing Coordinator works on both strategic and operational tasks. Depending on seniority and ambitions, responsibilities include:

• Shaping vision, goals and KPIs together with the head of sales & marketing

• Leading the day-to-day execution of their domains and guiding junior marketeers

• Brand positioning and content, together with the content marketeer

• Managing and optimising the website for the three audiences: transport companies, drivers and service partners

• Go-to-market strategies and launches (commercial, product, country expansions, partnerships)

• Cross-product segment building, product marketing and up/cross-sell

• Preparing tangible insights (Analytics & HubSpot) and supporting lead generation

• Optional: event marketing, CRM marketing, strategic partner collaborations and online marketing

The ideal candidate:

• Has 3+ years of hands-on experience across several marketing disciplines

• Is fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Combines a project-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial and creative one

• Shows seniority: identifies how to do things smarter, cheaper or faster — at scale

• Works in a structured way and can coach and mentor junior team members

• Has strong interpersonal skills and is solution-oriented, internally and externally
